  • White Pomfret (Paplet) – Whole – Cleaned – A fish variant that is loved by most people, the flattened seawater fish is offered whole. It is thoroughly cleaned and gutted.   • Prawns Medium w/o Tail (Cleaned and Deveined) – Medium-sized freshwater Prawns from Licious are de-shelled, deveined and thoroughly cleaned with the head and tail removed, making them ready to cook.   • Should fish be washed before cooking?
    The fish bought from Licious is thoroughly cleaned before it is packed to be sent to you. You do not need to extensively wash it before cooking. You can, however, run cold water over it once before you start your cooking process. It is important to note that invisible contamination like bacteria cannot be removed by washing the fish. The only way to ensure such bacteria or pathogens are eliminated is by properly cooking the fish. You do not need to worry about all of this when you get your fish from Licious, as it is handled extremely hygienically and properly cleaned already.
  • Can I consume fish daily?
    Yes, fish and other seafood can be consumed daily. It can be a part of your healthy and balanced diet. Unless you are allergic to a fish variant, it is a great food for daily intake.
